On Saturday December 14th the Club will host its annual Christmas Dinner at the Beverley Hotel

Attendance at this event is open to all current members of the BMWMCCWA.
The hotel has set aside 11 rooms which can be used by club members and partners, additionally members may roll out a swag in a spare hall/room or camp in the hotel grounds
The club subsidised cost of the dinner and a Sunday morning BBQ breakfast will be $20 per member and partner with an additional $30 per person for those booking a room. Camping in the hotel grounds is free. Rooms will be strictly first come first serve. Members wanting a room should select from the options listed below and contact the Beverley Hotel directly to confirm availability and book, you are then responsible to settle your accommodation account at the venue. Alternative hotel accommodation is available at the Freemasons hotel or the Beverley Caravan Park. Please note drinks on the night will be at your own cost.
JP has offered to get involved in planning the evening festivities so be prepared for some light hearted fun.
Members wanting to organise a ride to or from Beverley should start or join a thread on the public forum. You are encouraged to stay over in Beverley on Saturday night rather than make the return commute to Perth, after all a BBQ breakfast and leisurely ride home through the country side is on offer.
Places are limited to 50 so make your reservation early to avoid disappointment.
